Position Overview

MSC IT Solutions wishes to appoint a dedicated and highly motivated Administration Assistant to provide general and financial administrative support to the business.

The successful candidate will be qualified to at least an NVQ Level 2 and have excellent verbal & written communication and organisational skills. You will have previously worked in an office environment, ideally within a service-based organisation. 

The role will involve making and receiving calls from clients, logging support tickets, speaking to vendors & suppliers, and carrying out general office duties such as filing, data entry and bookkeeping support.

Your focus is to provide an exceptional service to our clients and give the best possible customer experience. Your ability to build strong relationships with our clients will be critical to your success.

Coordinating the smooth running of the day-to-day routines of the business will be a large part of the role so computer literacy is a must. Working knowledge of a service-based business or helpdesk would give you a huge advantage.

The Successful Candidate

You are a friendly and welcoming face or voice for our clients. You are able to provide guidance by keeping yourself fully up-to-speed with not only our procedures and processes but our ever-developing services in the technology space. You are calm, attentive and always focus on our clients’ needs.

You will bring enthusiasm and drive to the role.  You can deal with everything that is thrown at you, your personality is infectious and along with your fellow colleagues, you create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in the office.

In short, you like to be busy, enjoy helping our clients find the right products and get the best possible customer experience possible.

This is a full or part-time role depending on the candidate, hours and salary are dependent upon experience and will be discussed at the interview stage.  Full and on-going training will be made available.
